Our viewing trip is an opportunity for people genuinely interested in viewing and purchasing in the Costa Blanca & Costa Calida.
If you decide to book our inspection trip we can arrange your flight and accommodation. When you arrive one of our representatives will meet you at the airport.
This person will also be your personal guide throughout your trip. The trip can be for Four or five days, Or where it suits can be during your holiday's.This will give you enough time to familiarise yourself with the area and its surrounding beach areas.
1.Viewing trip price is €199.00 {£150.00} per person traveling.
2. The purpose of the trip is for you to invest in your new home in Spain.
To purchase a property it is necessary to bring a bank draft of at least €3000 made payable to yourself; this is required to secure a property . Therefore it is essential that you bring a bank draft for this amount.
If you do not see property that suits your requirements, you can cash your draft at your bank on returning home.
3. Once a deposit has been placed on a property, and a property contract has been agreed the price of the property will be that price i.e. frozen and will remain as agreed.
4. The contract guarantees the builder will not increase the price to you between the time of signing the contract and the time of completion of the property.
The trip is subsidised at the price of €199, the full price is €800 for flights accommodation etc. To avail of the subsidised price it is essential that you attend all viewing's and inspections arranged on your behalf.You will however have lots of time to yourself.
