What seems like only yesterday but was realistically almost two years ago, we decided to develop in Italy . We watched as the Italian property market was growing due to ease of movement for people, with Airline Companies cutting prices and making once hard to reach places assessable within a couple of hours. It was mainly due to this accessibility that we travelled and researched these new horizons, we found the most beautiful location and decided to build Sea Breeze Sala Bianca Apart Hotel, taking every care to bring our experience gathered from the Spanish property market we commenced with construction of fifteen luxury Apartments in the Town of San Pietro in Bevagna Manduria.
We spent eight months extensively researching this project and decided on a design concept that reflects the historical beauty of the surrounding towns and continues in tradition with hints of fascinating Architecture from the famous province of Manduria.
